RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or in the unlikely event that it is damaged or defective, please notify us by email or telephone within 7 days of receipt of the delivery.
Please ensure you return your purchase in it's original condition and we will either exchange or issue you with a full refund (reimbursing all delivery charges including your return postage costs).
We recommending sending returns using Recorded Delivery - please retain the proof of postage.
We will check all items returned as damaged and in the event that we find no fault, reserve the right to re-charge you for the item and recover our addiional handling costs incurred.
Items returned because they are no longer required
ISIMO make every effort to ensure that our images give an accurate portrayal of each item sold. However, please remember that all of our products are handmade and therefore slight variations in the weight and dimensions of items may occur.
The pictures of the gameskin bags are representative of the skin types available. If you wish to order a specific type of skin then we will be happy to either sms you or email detailed photographs of exactly what bags we have available at the time of order.
A 20% restocking and/or redelivery fee will be charged on all orders refused or returned, which were shipped in accordance with customers instructions.
